Nature Reset Sessions bring together Irene’s brand strategy experience with a lifelong enquiry into personal development, facilitation and creative exploration.

Irene has facilitated both group and 1-on-1 workshops across entrepreneurial, professional and conscious event spaces, including guided reflection, expressive body painting, and nature-based practices from self hosted events to sellout workshops at Lost Paradise and YES& Festival.
