What Happens in the Session
1. Pre-Session Goals & Context Before we meet, you’ll send me:
Your top 3 business goals for the next 12–24 months
Your top 3 marketing priorities or frustrations
How you currently measure success
Anything you’ve tried before that worked (and didn’t)
This means we start the session already grounded in your reality, so we can spend our time mapping solutions instead of gathering basic info.
2. 60–90 Minute Deep-Dive Call
We’ll work together to map your client journey from: Awareness → Nurture → Onboarding → Retention → Advocacy.
You’ll talk me through what’s been tried, what’s worked, and where you feel things aren’t clicking and I’ll guide you to connect the dots. The aim here isn’t to force your business into a pre-made template. It’s to uncover the real-world points where your relationships are either moving forward or stalling, and start identifying where the biggest wins might be.
3. After the Session
I’ll take everything we uncovered, refine the journey map, and look for additional opportunities we didn’t see in the live conversation. From there, I’ll create your Action Step Plan (short, medium, and long-term) that work with the way your business actually runs, not against it. You’ll receive it all as a PDF map + editable checklist, so you can keep building on it as you implement and measure.
